Convene the CCWFHP Steering Committee and partners to engage in a partner wide mapping exercise led by Kelby. Our goal is to identify overlapping areas of priorities, better understand where past, current and future work is occurring, and identify areas where we can connect treatments. We will also provide extensive opportunity for conversation and discussion to align priorities and identify opportunities for collaboration.
